This service includes a thorough mowing, trimming all necessary areas, edging sidewalks and drives, and blowing clippings off all hard services at the end of each visit. YardVarks offers the ability to assign our maintenance customers a dedicated day of service each week, and we work to preserve that schedule as much as possible.
- Fescue (cool-season lawns) 34 services per year.
- Bermuda/Zoysia (warm-season lawns) 30 services per year.

Bed Maintenance
This service is designed to keep beds free of weeds, leaves, and other debris during the growing season.
- Basic Package includes 8 services per year.
- Extended Package includes up to 16 services per year.

Shrub Trimming
Our carefully-timed trimming of plants such as boxwoods, hollies, yews, and other hedgerows keeps your landscape looking its best.
Our team will evaluate the existing plants and recommend the proper seasonal quantity of this service.

- Extended package includes 16 services per year.

YardSmart Weed Control Program
YardVarks’ YardSmart Weed Control Programs are designed to help our customers get the most out of their yards. Carefully-timed applications of fertilizers produce vibrant green growth in your yard. Seasonal pre-emergents help prevent weed seeds from ever germinating, and post-emergent herbicide products are used to treat any weeds which may have popped up.
To ensure the best results, YardVarks requires all full-service maintenance clients to participate in a 7-step Weed Control & Fertilization Program

Leaf Removal
Since properties vary greatly with leaf removal needs, our team will evaluate your property and determine how to best handle your specific needs.
While some accounts have no need for leaf removal, others need services bi-weekly throughout the Fall and Winter months.

Annual Pruning
Maintaining healthy plantings begins with an annual pruning for your trees and shrubs. For plants such as Crepe Myrtles and ornamental/perennial landscaping, this service typically takes place in late Winter before warm-season plants begin their Spring growth.
By carefully trimming last year’s growth, we create the best conditions for beautiful new blooms and growth in the Spring and Summer months.
